These pancakes literally taste better than anything you've ordered when out! Perfect for post-workout or cheat meal. So here’s what you’ll need:
Banana x 1
Eggs x 3
Protein x 1 scoop
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
So, so simple. Blend eggs, banana, baking powder and protein for the pancake batter. Use the coconut oil to cook on a high heat. My pan only allows me to cook 2 at a time, so I have the oven on to keep the ones I’ve made warm!
Toppings are very much preference. Today I used strawberries, flaked almonds, bee pollen and drizzle of honey. Other options could include:
